At Gnareun, we want the shipping experience to feel just as clear as browsing or checking out. If you’re wondering how long your order will take or where we currently deliver, you’ll find everything you need right here.
1. Where Gnareun ship
We currently offer shipping within the United States and Mauritius. These are the only two locations we support at the moment.
All orders are shipped directly from our U.S.-based facility at 2538 New St, Blue Island, IL 60406, United States, ensuring reliable handling and consistent service for both regions.
There are a few places we do not deliver to, such as PO Boxes or military addresses like APO, FPO, or DPO. It’s simply because most carriers we work with require a standard street address for successful delivery. Also, orders cannot be sent to U.S. overseas territories like Puerto Rico or Guam. This helps avoid unnecessary delays and shipping complications that we may not be able to resolve easily.
2. Shipping costs
For customers in the U.S., shipping is a flat $4.99 for any order. No calculations, no weight-based charges—just one straightforward fee. And if your total order value goes over $89.00, standard shipping is on us. That discount will apply automatically during checkout, so you won’t have to do anything extra to get it.
If you’re ordering from Mauritius, the flat shipping rate is $9.99—regardless of order size. Free shipping does not apply in this region, mainly because of the extended distance and international logistics involved.
We do not charge any tax on:

Import duties or customs fees (we handle those upfront)
Whether you’re shopping from the United States or Mauritius, you will never pay additional duties or taxes. What you see at checkout is final.
Before you pay, the final shipping cost is clearly shown on the checkout page. No hidden fees. No surprises.
3. Processing & delivery time
Orders are usually handled pretty quickly once they come in. We try to begin processing within 1 to 2 business days, from Monday through Friday. U.S. holidays are exceptions, of course, as carriers may be closed.
After that, it depends on where the package is going. If you’re in the United States, the average delivery window is 5 to 6 business days once it’s shipped. For Mauritius, the shipping time stretches a bit longer—generally between 8 to 10 business days due to international transit.
There’s also a cut-off time to keep in mind. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) are usually picked up for processing that same day. If you order later in the afternoon or at night, your order will be processed on the following business day. This timing helps us stay organized and avoid delays during peak times.
4. What a typical delivery looks like
Let’s walk through an example so you can visualize the timeline. Imagine placing an order on a Monday afternoon—specifically after 2 PM CST. Since that’s past the cut-off, we won’t begin processing it until Tuesday.
On Tuesday and maybe into Wednesday, the product is packed and shipped. You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as it’s out the door. After that, depending on your location, it’ll travel through the carrier network and land at your address:
If you’re in the U.S., expect it sometime between the following Monday and Wednesday. For Mauritius, delivery will usually happen about 8–10 business days later.
5. Tracking your order
Once the order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email that includes your tracking number. That email also contains a direct link, so you don’t need to dig around—just click and you’ll see your order’s progress in real time.
It’s worth noting that carriers sometimes take 24 to 48 hours to update their system after they receive the parcel. So if tracking doesn’t show up right away, don’t worry—it’s likely just syncing on their end.
6. Shipping carriers
For U.S. orders, we typically use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and service speed available. All of these carriers offer reliable delivery services with full tracking.
For Mauritius, we partner with DHL Express and occasionally FedEx International for cross-border shipments. These services provide tracking numbers and delivery confirmations to help you stay informed along the way.
7. If something goes wrong
In rare cases, things might not go perfectly. If your item arrives damaged, reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving the package. A few photos or a short video showing the damage and the condition of the shipping box will help us understand what happened.
If your package seems to be lost—meaning there’s no update on tracking for more than 7 business days, and it’s been at least 14 business days since the order shipped—then it’s time to contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, once confirmed, send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
8. Need to cancel your order?
Sometimes you hit “place order” and immediately realize you need to change something. It happens. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, just let us know as soon as you can—ideally within 24 hours of placing it.
But if your order has already been packed and handed off to the shipping carrier, we won’t be able to cancel it. At that point, your best option would be to receive the package and then use our Return & Refund Policy if it applies.
